National Apprenticeship Week

Mercuri International are taking part in National Apprenticeship Week by celebrating a number of our past and present apprentices for our ‘5 Days of Excellence’. We are celebrating all of the hard work our learners have put into their apprenticeship and all of their success so far.

National Apprenticeship Week 2023 is the 16th annual week-long celebration of apprenticeships.

The week brings together businesses and apprentices across the country to shine a light on the positive impact that apprenticeships make to individuals, businesses and the wider economy.

Nicole Bensted, Trainee Sales Executive at Vistry Homes Ltd is currently undertaking the Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship. Nicole spoke to us about her apprenticeship so far and how the course has helped her gain confidence within herself.

“I am a Trainee Sales Executive with Vistry Homes. I am currently undertaking the Level 4 Sale Executive Course. I am around 37% complete on the course and so far it has been very valuable and relevant. I have only been with Vistry Homes for 8 months having previously worked as a Veterinary Nurse, so this course has been extremely helpful for me to learn about being a sales executive. The course allows me to gain and use the appropriate skills needed within my job role and has allowed me to gain confidence within myself. Barrie Sharpe, my internal Mercuri learning and development coach has been extremely helpful and is always on hand with any questions I have.”

“I would recommend this course to anyone within the sales industry, no matter how experienced”
