Leicester City Council Team Leader Achieves Distinction in Apprenticeship

Having recently completed my apprenticeship journey I just wanted to recognise the support offered by my LDC who was patient and really helped me make sense of what I needed to do to achieve the qualification. I encountered both work and personal challenges during my apprenticeship and she supported me to manage the learning around this as well as feel that it was still achievable. When the time came for my EPA, I felt prepared and this was due to my LDC having explained the process well and having offered helpful tips to feel in control on the day. I have really appreciated her availability and approachableness – thank you!

Lucy Bolton

Lucy was a very professional and pleasant learner who was more than capable of achieving this qualification. Lucy always came prepared and despite having achieved accreditation within her previous qualifications she was keen to broaden her skills and knowledge.
I am thrilled she achieved the well-earned Distinction.
