Off-The-Job Training – Keeping apprentices motivated and productive

As commercial experts we understand the importance of every productive minute of the day. This means the off the job training requirements are crafted around the application of new skills and behaviours which track directly to your organization’s KPI suite. Many tasks and activities can be tracked to a measurable improvement in productivity and increase capability. Much of this counts towards off the job hours. Tracked off the job hours: Are relevant to the apprenticeship. Embed new knowledge, skills and behaviours. Takes place within the contracted working hours.

Off the Job learning is:

Equivalent to 6 hours a week, achieved in flexible, bitesize blocks.
