Apprenticeship Consultant

Are you passionate about changing peoples lives through Apprenticeship training? Join our already successful sales team. You will have the enthusiasm, motivation and platform to reach out to employers all over the country. to support them with their apprenticeship levy strategy.

  • Location: Henley in Arden, Warwickshire.
  • Contract: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: £35,000.00 /year

MERCURI UK is an exciting new Apprenticeship provider with a 60 year history of commercial Sales & Management training and consultancy

With an extensive client base, including some FTSE100 companies, we are looking for experienced, dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic Apprenticeship Sales Consultants. If you can leverage opportunities with these organisations alongside generating new business to achieve our ambitious growth targets apply now.

Above all you should be passionate about changing people’s lives through apprenticeship training, balancing your time between national strategic accounts and supporting local SMEs.

You will be responsible for account managing existing relationships and identifying new business using a combination of your own experience and our established sales processes.

Experienced in:

  • Client identification & needs analysis
  • Networking and Account Management
  • Prospecting and cold calling
  • Presenting proposals and successfully closing within the Apprenticeship sector.

You will predominately be working with employers who express interest in Apprenticeship opportunities for Sales, Management, Customer Service and Business Administration roles. Prior knowledge of these area would be beneficial as well as an up to date knowledge of Apprenticeship Levy funding, eligibility requirements and quality standards.

This role will require national travel so you must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Roles are permanent, divided between home and office based with uncapped commission opportunities subject to individual performance.
