Thanks to the Institute of Directors (IOD) for hosting the Sales Excellence Insight Workshop with Mercuri Consultant and IOD member Darin Enefer.
The workshop, at the IoD's prestigious headquarters at 116 Pall Mall, Central London was an opportunity for members to network, share experiences and discuss challenges in sales strategy implementation.

3 key factors for Continuous Improvement
People, coaching (or lack of coaching) and joined up leadership were also key areas Darin focused on during the two hour session, with particular attention paid to the 3 key factors for Continuous Improvement: Systems, Attitudes and Skills.
