The Selling At My Best programme for Virgin Holidays has been shortlisted for Best sales training programme at the 12th annual Training Journal Awards 2017.

The Training Journal Awards recognise the ingenuity, creativity, passion and hard work of learning and development professionals from around the world.  The awards’ categories allow a broad range of companies and individuals to participate and reflect the increasing diversity and scope in the Learning & Development landscape.

The Selling at my Best programme is a tailored solution designed specifically for Virgin Holidays - 25 programmes in 25 days.  It is a very intensive one day programme where we used Simulations and Forum Theatre to really get the sales and customer facing teams seeing how "Best Practice" Selling techniques can apply in their day to day activity.
