Mercuri Consultant Darin Enefer shared insights from our global survey on the secrets of sales excellence at the breakfast seminar on the 18th October with OA Executive and supported by the Association of Professional Sales (APS).

The survey asked 926 respondents from 20 countries about their sales improvement initiatives.  Darin shared with delegates what 10 things contribute to sales excellence in today's competitive landscape.

Moments of Truth

Delegates left the seminar feeling energized after hearing about techniques linked to sales strategy implementation including concepts such as:

"A moment of truth is an episode in which a customer comes into contact with any aspect of the company, however remote and thereby, has an opportunity to form an impression."
