Institute of Directors: Sales Excellence Insight Workshop

Thanks to the Institute of Directors (IOD) for hosting the Sales Excellence Insight Workshop with Mercuri Consultant and IOD member Darin Enefer.

The workshop, at the IoD's prestigious headquarters at 116 Pall Mall, Central London was an opportunity for members to network, share experiences and discuss challenges in sales strategy implementation.

Darin highlighted what top performing companies do to help drive their success.  Topics discussed during the event include:

3 key factors for Continuous Improvement
