Mat Everitt leads the Mercuri relationship with Worldpay, innovating and inspiring the teams with a suite of digital tools and interactive workshops which form a fully blended development path for participants.
The programmes focus on both the art and the science of sales, ensuring the talent at Worldpay can be nurtured and expressed by each individual, whilst also being customer-focused in its approach and measurable in terms of commercial results, individual participant satisfaction and return on investment.
The WPWS (WorldPay Way of Selling) programme includes:
- Core professional sales techniques, including storytelling.
- Proposing a solution.
- Professional Negotiation.
Simulations, personal practice, a series of masterclasses, intensive coaching and mentoring are also featured.
Once qualified at a core level, the Worldpay professionals are then invited to compete at higher level workshop events to test, hone and strengthen their capabilities.
